place to catch some gnarly waves. The river
conditions at the 10th Street Bridge location allow
for world-class, safe and adjustable surfing, and
has been approved by the City of Calgary. Nicknamed
the
10th street wave, this has been highlighted by
Tourism Calgary
as one of Alberta’s hottest spots for surfing. Don’t
believe us?
Watch for yourself!
If you’re not confident on a board, you can always
pack a picnic and sit on the shoreline to watch
adventurous Calgarians ride the waves.
